Before beginning any exercise program provided by PhysiPhone, you MUST consult with a qualified healthcare professional (such as a physician, physiotherapist, or other licensed practitioner) to ensure the activities are appropriate for your individual health status, medical history, and physical condition.

This is especially important if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, chronic pain, cardiovascular issues, or are pregnant.

2.3 Medical Clearance & Contraindications

You should NOT use the Services if you:

• Have been advised by a healthcare professional against physical activity
• Have unstable medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgery, acute injuries)
• Experience worsening symptoms without professional clearance
• Are pregnant or postpartum without medical approval for exercise
• Have any condition that makes physical activity unsafe

By using PhysiPhone, you represent that you are medically cleared to participate in physical activity or have chosen to proceed entirely at your own risk.

2.4 Assumption of Risk

BY USING PHYSIPHONE'S EXERCISE PROGRAMS AND MOVEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, falls, cardiovascular events, and other injuries or health complications.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any exercises, stretches, movements, or physical activities recommended or demonstrated through our platform.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise or activity is safe and appropriate for you.
• You will immediately stop any activity if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms, and seek professional medical attention if necessary.
• You understand that results vary and PhysiPhone makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, recovery timelines, or effectiveness of any recommended exercises.

2.5 Release from Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE PHYSIPHONE GLOBAL HEALTHCARE INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Any injury, disability, death, or loss suffered by you while participating in exercises or activities recommended by PhysiPhone;
• Any aggravation of pre-existing injuries or medical conditions;
• Any failure of the platform to detect or warn you about potential risks;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in exercise recommendations or safety screening;
• Your reliance on information provided through the platform;
• Any decision to perform exercises without professional medical supervision.

2.6 User Responsibility

You agree that you are using PhysiPhone entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete health information
• Creating a safe exercise environment free from hazards
• Using appropriate equipment and following proper form
• Listening to your body and modifying or stopping exercises as needed
• Seeking professional medical care when appropriate
